The author believes in the fact that being a sex worker and serving the male dominant industry is a difficult task which is fulfilled beautifully by the helpless women. Porn stars, prostitutes, street walkers are growing quite heavily in our societies and they are depicting a negative image of women in the eyes of males. The males are taking an advantage of this situation are and they beat women and in certain conditions have unpaid sex with them. Although this research focuses on the scenario of harassments of women in the workplace and especially in the construction industry but this research also focuses and discusses the fact that pornography is not the real essence of women and that is the reason why it should be banned. Although this industry is quite lucrative and many women are earning a lot from it but the irony of the situation is that women are selling their bodies to the male dominant society in order to earn certain dollars.
