This is the second form of the unemployment that is indispensable from any state and economy. The structural unemployment could be described as unemployment due to inadequate abilities and skills for the job. Organizations and larger throw out workers with less experience or expertise in the area of the work they want from their workers. The unemployment due to the backwardness in the computer literacy or being less proficient in the field of the company’s profile is structural unemployment.

The rate of structural unemployment was increased in US in the early 1970s when there were mathematics and physics graduates who came in the market for applying to respective jobs but there were fewer amounts of job designations for them. Thus the workers with less abilities, skills, experiences and abilities were thrown out and new doctors and engineers were given the part to play for the economy of United States.
