When customers place an order with Essay Xperts they are charged with the amount they agree for that particular custom paper. Essay Xperts is very concerned about the security of the customers, and any person found guilty of charging stolen cards or deceiving Essay Xperts by any means shall bear the punishments and/or penalties declared by the law. Delivery policy

All the custom papers ordered by the clients will be delivered to the email address provided by them. Company shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order due to incorrect email id, unavailability of internet, deliberate negligence or any such reason. The clients of Essay Xperts are the sole authority to get the paper customized, therefore it is highly recommended that they give the company all the necessary instructions on time so that they receive the original piece of writing with 100% accuracy. It is advised to revise the details in the form so that the writer starts with the paper according to the instructions given by the client.

It should be noted that once the order is placed, the details about the topic are considered final and any changes made to the order later on will be taken as additional order and shall be charged accordingly.

Revision policy:

Essay Xperts believes in quality services and has taken all possible measures to satisfy the clients above expectations. Essay Xperts provides its clients free revision as many times as they want within three weeks of the delivery of the order. Unless the clients are satisfied with the work, the company makes amendments and customization in the paper so that they receive the accurate paper desired.

All the customers are advised to inform the company for the revision if required, immediately after receiving the delivery of the paper they ordered. After three weeks it would be assumed that the client is satisfied and the custom paper delivered to them will be discarded.

It should also be noted that the free revision will only be made to the paper the company actually deliver to the customers. Any changes, additions or omissions made by the client, or any other paper sent for revision shall not be entertained by Essay Xperts.

Revision Time Limit

The following is the time limit for revision requests:

• 5 Plus Days Delivery 48 – 56 Hours
• 3 Plus Days Delivery 24 – 30 Hours
• 24 to 48 Hours Delivery 12 – 18 Hours
• 24 Hours Delivery 10 – 13 Hours

These time limits are tentative and are subjected to change depending on the availability of the writer and the nature of revision requested. Moreover, it needs to be mutually decided between the support team and the customer. However, we will do our best to cooperate with the customers requesting for the revisions.

Refund policy:

Essay Xperts assumes that when the customers place an order they have fully read and agreed with the terms and conditions mentioned. Once the order is placed and amount is charged, it is non-refundable as the task is assigned to the writer immediately after receiving the order. However, if in any case customers want to cancel the order, it should be done within 12 hours of the order placing. Up to 50% of the total amount is refundable in case of cancellation of the order before 12 hours because Essay Xperts believes in providing prompt services and the work is started on the order immediately after the payment is made. 50% will be charged as the service charges and the refund amount shall be decided mutually after the discussion of the case through online support system.

The conditions which may make the customers eligible to post a request for a refund are following:

1)      If the instructions provided by the customers to write the essay are not followed by the writer. The chief editor of the company will look into this matter and the terms will be decided mutually via online support system. Therefore, the clients need to be very specific and clear in their instructions to the writer.

2)      If the paper is plagiarized but the clients need to provide a solid evidence.

3)      If the  paper of the client is not attempted.

Please note that the customers have three days or 72 hours to claim the refund after the completion of their order. If the time limit exceeds it is assumed that they are satisfied with the completed order and no requests for the refund shall be entertained.

Plagiarism policy:

Essay Xperts is admired for providing absolutely original and accurate papers to the clients. All the custom papers delivered to the clients are intellectual property of the company’s committed writers and are 100% free of plagiarism. After the writer completes the paper of the client it is evaluated and properly analyzed by the writing experts of the company to make sure the paper is original, non-plagiarized and entirely in accordance with the instructions provided by the customer. However, in any case, if a client is in any doubts of plagiarism, contact us immediately after the delivery of the order. Complain would be entertained only after providing solid evidences about the paper being plagiarized.
